       It means the current seed has been up for 15 days.  Normally,
       wipes only come with new major updates.  However, our server
       experienced a huge corruption several weeks ago that eventually
       led to us having to do a server wipe 15 days ago.  As for now,
       we are not planning any wipes until the release of A17.  That
       update will require a fresh wipe.
