       Last seed I was upset someone used zeds to break in (and well
       they destroyed nearly 80 percent) of my above-ground structure
       and was told that zeds were allowed to be utilized in this
       fashion, to break into bases.
       This seed Barnes raised the question to me that we were now
       allowed under the new "only one rule" to have bases anywhere we
       wanted and raid in the south.
       I told him no we can't but upon reflection, as I was mistaken
       about the former rule change (zeds being allowed to be used to
       break into bases) that maybe I was mistaken about this too.
       To wit; is it allowable to store goods in the north and raid in
       the south?
       Apologies in advance if this was allowed.

       No, that rule has not changed. If you have a base in the North,
       you are a PvE player by definition and therefore, bound by the
       rules of a PvE player. No raiding if you have a base in the
       North!
