My Neighbor's Dogs

I HAVE HAD IT. >:(
My neighbor's dogs are out of control. First of all, they don't
look well. I don't think he feeds them regularly. Also,
they're very aggressive. Just yesterday I was working in the
garden and three of them chased a BEAR :o right through my
potatoes. And then they turned on me! I had to put them down.
Then, I was in town doing my regular shopping and three more
popped up out of nowhere. They chased me down the street.
Luckily I found a ladder on the side of a building and I climbed
to safety. I had to put those down too. Thank God they allow
open carry around here.
I've tried calling Animal Control, but they have not gotten
back to me. I know he has more dogs and I'm starting to wonder
if he's keeping a bear or two. I've tried having a word with
him, but he never seems to be around any more. I saw his wife
yesterday and she's not looking well either. Maybe something's
going around. Hope I don't catch it. ;)

You better hope he doesn't start keeping a pack of wolves with
