A Cookie Baking in the Distance

I think I saw him out there in the sun, cooking like chocolate
chip dough fresh in the oven. Kinda pale though, in his naked
pose. At least he had the forethought to put on a backpack
before waking up in the desert with nothing but a jar of water
and a can of soup. Must have been a wild party...?... He
doesn't remember.
I thought it strange too the way he was bobbing up and down. It
looked like he was trying to get into his inventory, but rather
than reaching back into his pack he kept hitting the control key
instead. "Oh ya, sneaking," he says to himself. "But how the
*F* do I see my stuff." Yes, been a while since this Cookie has
woken up in the desert naked. Thought he was over that stage in
his life. Apparently not...
Then suddenly he grabs the giant, flagged block of stone that is
hanging from his ... belt, um... underwear? Don't remember him
having a belt at that point actually. Anyway, he suddenly grabs
the giant block and starts hastily cramming it into his little
pack. It fits too (for the life of me I don't know how but it
actually fit) along with the 200 stacks of grass that he starts
ripping out of the ground. He's not sure why he needs the
grass, but it comes up easy (kinda just jumps right into his
pack). Looks like a mulching mower stalking across the sand,
small tufts of grass flying up into his bag.
Things start to come to him now - weaving the grass into fabric,
cutting the fabric into pieces, and then sewing them together to
make clothing. A pretty quick process actually. Not quiet like
the carefully placed leaf of Adam and Eve in the garden, but
it's more his fear of zombie infection than the decency of
societal norms that drives him into covering himself.
Then comes the groan, and the informative little message that
lets him know that he is entering heat stroke. Could only be
better if the message came with an English accent. "Jolly good
ol' chap. Your skin is melting lad. Best find a pub and have a
sip" Or maybe it could just have a little ding sound, "Cookie
is baked and ready to be pulled out of the oven!" Anyway, he
cracks the lid off his water bottle and drinks the whole thing
in one gulp. ...Groan... Still burning, and heat index rising.
Gotta ...[pant] get to ...[wipes his brow] forest zone ...
