       Solar Panel Lag Bug (Confirmation and Fix)

       If any of you are running solar power, please make sure your
       power output is ABOVE the total input requirements of what you
       have connected to it.
       For example. If your max power output on your solar bank is
       100w, make sure the combined power requirement of your connected
       items is LESS than 100w.
       The bug is this:
       Even if you have too many devices connected, the solar bank will
       still work (Which it shouldn't) but it will create MASSIVE lag
       for the entire region that it is in. Also, it will hurt server
       performance for the entire server to some extent. Once you
       reduce the number of connected items to a level that is less
       than the maximum wattage output of your solar bank, the lag will
       disappear.
       I discovered this while helping one of our players and then I
       replicated and confirmed the bug on my test server.
