Stuck Buff/Debuff Notice

I have a stuck Bleeding debuff notice and a stuck Food Heal
notice. The Food Heal notice is keeping me from getting health
from food, while the Bleeding notices is just an annoyance. Is
there any way you guys can fix them?

I'll see what I can find out. I'm assuming you already tried
killing yourself?

Okay, try this:
As I am not certain which exact debuff you are experiencing, we
can try each of the following. While in game, open your console
(F1) and type the following commands:
debuff trapDamage1Effect
then try:
debuff trapDamage1Trigger
then try:
debuff bleeding
then try:
debuff internalBleeding
Please make certain you use exactly the same spelling, spacing
and capitalization as above. If none of these work, please let
me know. I'm not sure if these commands will work with your
player permissions. If not, just read the post below this one
and contact me.

your debuff remotely. You must be online for me to do this.
