Server building stability is borked.

Blocks are falling out of walls that are on bedrock. Structures
above ground are partially collapsing that on single player,
creative, and other servers do just fine. The collapsing and
falling blocks only happens when the chunk has nobody in it, ie.
when you are away from base.
Since it only happens on GZ the problem must be somewhere in the
modified xml files. We need to find the problem.

Where is this happening?
The only modified terrain block within the terrain itself is
the addition of copper in the desert.

Not sure if it is related but I've noticed when digging
extensive tunnels, and typically when going up or down
diagonally, that after destroying a block it still remains on
the screen. I can't destroy it a second time and it eventually
de-spawns but it is possible it is tied to the most recent
server patch as it wasn't doing that prior.
Other issue I've noticed, is that occasionally opening a
container i will get a few sec lag before it actually opens, the
behavior gets worse until eventually i de-sync completely and i
disconnect, and when i reconnect i get rolled back about a min+.
Sometimes i can wait it out and do nothing, and it will return
to normal, but i notice during this time tons of people are also
disconnected or rejoin at that same time so I doubt its just me
experiencing it at that time since people will often comment how
the server needs a restart etc. I also know its not my
internet as I can keep a continuous ping to the server ip going
with no packet loss during these events.

It is happening to my garden tower a few steps away from my
placed land claim 700 north of GZ. It is highly sporadic and has
only happened when I am away and not every time. Probably check
the fertilized dirt block and make sure it is only one
mass. That is my best guess atm other than someone attaching
minibike frames to the underneath of the platform in order to
intentionally collapse it.
As far as the reinforced concrete blocks falling out of walls
that are on bedrock I did not see that. It happened to our base
last seed and is happening to Dalgoda and Hammer's base this
seed apparently. They never saw it actually happen, just the
holes and debris, so I am guessing it also only happens when
nobody is in the chunk.
I have this same garden tower design on my single player game
and it is doing fine. So far no collapses even when I am far,
far away for game days.

A whilllleeee back, remember starting our massive build in GZ?
The hole was already there, we started placing iron walls and
they would slide off the sides at 8 up.
Madman came to help, and eventually the bedrock itself
collapsed.
I checked that location and there is nothing supporting the
railings if you placed it beside the dirt and not on it.
MP dynamics are always different but there is no chance of
copper under your location; the fact that it is a floating base
would be more a reason for it or incorrect placement vs modded
.xmls.

There are no railings on the dirt any longer. I removed those
for the next set of tests and it still collapsed. On single
player and on Deadlights it won't collapse even with the
railings. The next thing to test would be to build it on GZ at
another location and see if it still collapses, pointing to that
particular location as the problem.

Oh, before I do the above did you check the forest ground and
fertilized ground blocks and make sure that both have a mass of
one only?
