Whats up with refresh areas?

You may have to be a it more specific?
Do you mean the restriction on building within the trader area?
That is any trader, north or south.

Just south of border like 200 blocks in theres a town when you
enter area it gives you a warning about building. I believe it
said it was a refresh area. I noticed tons of cars untouched I
assumed it meant the cell re-spawned due to refresh. Of course I
got excited cars are hard to come by now I got thru about 10
cars when I got one shotted by a sniper. I was asking if its
only in the south to "encourage" northern players to risk pvp to
get material/parts that are hard to come by.

I have had the resfresh area warning on the lsat seed and you
have a good question. I would like to know the answer also

I know it's a border town. but the server message it states no
pvp, or building. I think its inside that walled area. now as
equator towns. it falls to pvp if your looting. as for this
"EVENT ZONE" i'm not sure.

Sorry for the delayed response as I just saw this. The area with
the regen zone warning is normal PvP and yes, you are allowed to
loot. It contains the Event Zone I am working on and is subject
to reset so any player builds would be wiped in that area, hence
the warning. The actual walled off Event Zone area is restricted
to server events only. I hope this clarifies things. ;)
