NRE error on login

Started getting a NRE error on login always happens on creating
character. The log is attached. Thank you for your time.

connection to server failed could not retrieve server
information, also I am not seeing our server in the list
although Ground Zero homepage says its online

I know. All I did was restart the server and now something is
fucked. I'm trying to figure it out.
