Stuck at Starting Game

Was near a trader in the north. Trader is apparently
bugged/broken. Had waited outside the trader yesterday from
0300-1200 and never opened, so I logged off last night thinking
I would log in and check if it would open in the afternoon.
Logged in like 15 mins ago and the trader was still closed(it
was early afternoon ingame), so decided to goto a different
trader to sell some stuff. Took off in a S/SE direction and
suddenly my minibike just stopped. Figured it was some sort of
lag spike, so just waited about 30 seconds and still couldn't
move. Hopped off the bike and took like 2 steps in front of it
and fell thru the world, only to be popped back up right behind
my bike(made that sound that you get when you go into a closed
trader and it throws you out). Figured whatever it was it was
fixed, hopped on my bike and it still wouldn't move. I figured
there was some desync with me and the server so logged out,
waited like 15 seconds and then went to log in. Got stuck at
Starting Game. Shut game down, reloaded game, and watched the
console as I was logging in. Right as Starting Game popped up
this error:
Err Netpackagechunk: Chunk already loaded Chunk_41,302
And game just sits on Starting Game screen

I am also unable to log in just emailed the admins about getting
the server restarted.

Restart seems to have fixed it
