       Slow character movement

       Hi, this just started today as I approached the northern game
       boundary then returned slowly to base and re-starts and
       re-logins and killing myself doesn't work.  I can only move at a
       crawl as if stunned.  All the other controls work fine, jumping,
       melee, etc....  Keyboard no better than the Steam controller.
       Has anyone experienced this and does anyone know of a solution?

       you got stunned, get re-stunned to fix the bug.
