Hi,
I'm having a lot of trouble reading the on-screen text,
especially under the compass (day/time, etc...). I use a big
screen TV and am 12 feet away. Is there any way to increase the
font size? Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Nope. Wife would kill me if I rearranged the furniture that
much! I play in our "family room" and conditions are set.
