       Server not registering my client

       I've been attempting to play on the server, but after a while it
       will stop registering my footsteps, noises, I can't get on
       minibikes or open chests, etc. The only thing I see in chat at
       all is the joining and leaving of players. It becomes spectator
       mode.
       This would happen at times regardless of restarts. Most
       occasions there has been over 20 other players in game. I have
       verified integrity and reinstalled twice each.
       A friend can play perfectly fine, but he cannot see me, nor does
       the server say I join. However, it does indicate when I leave. I
       also find that other servers run me fine. It may just be because
       my hardware is old, so it can't handle 20 other players, I don't
       know. I'll test it more later and see if I can pinpoint
       anything.

       I doubt it's you. This happens to me when the server is lagging
       badly, but usually it gets better if I re-log. I would say don't
       mess with your end until you try after a server restart.
