No starting quest

First time I logged in, nothing in my inventory and no starter
quest. Think the character needs to be reset?

Could I get mine reset as well?
After all the mucking around and uninstalling/reinstalling my
looting finally works again, but the wrong player profile is
loaded and I'm assuming it's persistent profiles here?
