Clarification on Trader

I know we cannon build near the trader but there is a dispute
between myself and another player about PVP in the south inside
the trader. Please weigh in. If i am wrong then I owe this guy
zcoin.

As the periodic announcement pushed out on the server states:
--- Quote ---
> All trader settlements are neutral ground. No building within
512 meters of a trader compound. This is to prevent you from
losing anything in case a trader needs reset.

I will alter the announcement now to be even more clear. It will
now say - "ALL trader settlements are neutral ground, no PvP is
permitted there."
I will use a separate announcement for the no building rule.
