       CBSM down

       The CBSM appears to be down, so no custom commands in the
       interim. I sent the developer a PM and asked Madman to look into
       it whilst I sleep.

       I'm still looking into it but even the website is unresponsive.
       I posted on the forum and sent a PM to alanine as well.
       Hopefully this didn't just become abandonware.
