       Alpha 16 Experimental B113 is Out

       A new update has just been pushed out by Steam. Both h0tr0d and
       I are away from our homes right now. H0tr0d asked me to tell you
       guys he will update the server as soon as he gets back from the
       eye doctor.
       From what I read, this does require yet another wipe. An
       announcement will be made when this is complete. Thanks for your
       patience.

       Confirmed quality joe has no effect.
       If you raise scavenging to 50, and get blue items, and log out,
       when u log back in you will loot grey items. Raise scavenging
       one point and you will get blue again. Log out and in, grey.
       etc.
