Im not sure I understand what happened here. You found a door
open to HR´s base, took 2 bikes and a bedroll plus you placed
LCBs round his tunnels with what purpose? Clearly LCBs re no
intended to use for anything else than to protect a base. What
were you trying to acomplsh by that?

Hey Rick, I did set up a mini base in his tunnels (with a claim
to protect it). You're right, that's what claims are mainly used
for. You can also use them during a PvP battle. For example,
let's say you're in a four-story building (on the 3rd floor) and
someone is climbing to the top of that building with frames (to
gain the advantage of higher ground). You can put down a claim
to stop them from gaining that advantage. Another example, say
three people are building in the same town/area... All three
have big bases, but one of the players sees they have a blind
spot or an area where they're vulnerable from a distance to
being sniped. Maybe that player puts a claim down in that
vulnerable spot, with land mines, and boarded up windows so
nobody can position themselves there.

I can attest to what they are saying about you guys not being
the reason for the land claim rule. I was on a day about a
month ago (sounds like the big opener to star wars right?) and
it was the first time that I can remember that I had seen Madman
on in this seed. Anyways a conversation ensued and he was
surprised that we were able to have more than 1 invincible land
claim, since when they agree to make them invincible, they were
just gonna allow 1 each to encourage community building and that
Madman was gonna talk to Hotrod about it. This conversation was
even prior to hotrod asking to remove some of Belinik and I
think some of respawns (I might be wrong and I'm sorry if I am).
So whether the decision was made at that point a month ago, and
just released as A16 got close, I dunno.
I can also attest that I have had an in game chat run in with
Hotrod. For those reading I am not complaining, I am actually
encouraging it because while at the time, I ended up getting
pissed and rage quit for about 30 min, I realized after I cooled
down, that although he was ingame PvP'n, He was just trying to
make the rules abundantly clear to me, as an admin should. From
what was in Respawns screenshot about the removal of land
claims, I think he was just giving you and everyone on the
server the info.
I'm just trying to stay as a neutral party, but I would hope
that this can just be put behind and we can all go back to our
Post Apocalyptic ways:)

Hi PB, the screen Shot was taken at 2.39.32 AM (mountain)
2017-05-20 with three people on the server, and let's not forget
about that change in text to the Land Claim A16 post. However,
I'm glad there were talks beforehand about the claims, maybe my
actions were the last straw? Later, I was basically accused of
cheating, without him actually saying I was cheating. Little
hints and jabs within the flak, a little whine here and there
added up to the above correspondence. Plus, I talked to other
players about conversations he's had with me as the topic. (They
weren't positive in my favor.) I shouldn't have given that
descriptive point of view (about his base), but he kept using
those hints and jabs. None of it matters though, I've moved on
and I'll step down. Have fun in A16.

Enough.
For fomenting discord, slandering of admins, and violating the
rules of the server you are hereby suspended indefinitely.
You seem to have some hateful grudge against the Soggy Bottom
Boys and while I am a forgive and forget Christian you seem
unwilling to relent in the pursuit of whatever it is you are
pursuing.
Grind your axe elsewhere; this is not the type of behavior we
want on this server.
