Land CLaim Question

I'm creating a new topic in regards to this because I've
searched all over the forums and I cant find a definitive
answer.
Question #1: Can we place LCB on POI's in the South?
Question #2: If so I know hotrod said since LCB's are now
indestructible as well as everything around them. Can we claim
all of the POI's in a city in the south? Hence can we claim a
whole city? If so, then wont 12 to 20 people have monopolies on
scavenging?
A couple of guys have been asking the same thing when in game so
I thought id post it up so madman or hotrod could clear it up
for us.

I know there are posts that cover these topics but it is
starting to feel like a patchwork of rules. Perhaps it would be
a good idea to have a RULES section in the forum prominently
above the News and Announcements section so we can reference one
place for rule changes. I personally like the rule changes from
time to time,,,,even the bad ones,,,,, but a single place for
them would be good. Both the website and the link to the rules
post in the forum look a bit obsolete btw. Great server guys,
thanks for all the hard work.

One stop post for new players.
As far as the change to land claims; this was new so I made an
announcement which went to everyone's email that they used to
registered for the forums.

I do this so as to eliminate all the hassle of griefing. If you

I hope this encourages more actual PvP than offline base
raiding. Raiding for loot is outdated and I want people to enjoy
PvP or be encouraged to try it.
Use your imagination and get out there and have fun...it is a
game after all. No risk in dying.

Indestructible land claims/claiming an entire city:
"Those found abusing this will be dealt with..."
I read h0tr0d as saying that if you use you LCB to protect your
southern base, you're fine.
If you use it to prevent players from looting an entire city,
you're abusing it (and will be dealt with).

an issue.

Is there a mystery spot it spawns? I only ask because I've
found about 500 recipes (some duplicates of course) and no land
claim block one. Are they hidden in treasure chests?
