So I saw the map reset thread

Will it happen anytime soon in the future? I believe it's gonna
kill off the server and I'd like to state my side and why it's a
       bad idea to do so.
Fresh Faces. With the server on top of most voting sites there
are new players out there joining (I, myself included). The
reset will hurt them most when they go back to 0% all the time
and effort they put into trying to reach end-game and catch up
with other players. There are also people trying to build a
mansion or a fortress out there after gathering so much
resources. It would be a shame if it gets wiped out before they
       could even complete it.
But it's too easy for veteran players. You could go for a maxed
character and if you're at that point there's so many things you
could do in 7 days aside from becoming immortal from zombies and
trying to survive each 7th day. With all your resources you
gathered you could build more/new stuff or even innovate things
such as automated zombie looting. (I saw a guy in the server
building a killing floor wherein the dead bodies of the zombie
all drops in the same place for easy looting)
The solution. If the server owners' purpose is to keep things
fresh there are a lot of other things that could be done apart
from wiping the servers. Cosmetics for instance, everyone loves
them. Put custom-made cosmetics (mods) on the server and sell
them for a high price in zCoin so the players will be motivated
to leave from their safe zones and start grinding out there.
Moderators could also host live in-game events with unique
       rewards.
I'd post this in the thread but I didn't want to necro it so I
made a new thread to re-open the discussion.

A map reset won't kill the server.

I might have worded it off incorrectly but won't it diminish the
       interest of some?

people who have big projects (building really big stuffs)

       You didn't word it incorrectly and I know what you meant;
however, the thread you referred to (as well as other threads)
has/have addressed this issue many times over. Your argument is
based off of a limited time on the server (2 days) and minimal
game play time (under 60 hours still?).
While this doesn't mean you don't have the right or
qualifications to make an argument for or against something, it
does draw into question the validity covering your claims given
       the contextual experience.
You haven't been here for a seed reset yet.
So, as I have addressed these questions with players, like
yourself, who were new to the server and offered opinions with
little context or understanding my suggestion is the same:
       1) Give it some time and see how things run or operate over a
       larger period of time.
       2) Think on the pros and cons of arguments previously made as
well as yours. Have your points been made before? If so, does
simply reiterating them help or hinder your argument?
       3) To go with 2, try and see points of views other than that of
       yours.
Do you think you could offer an argument against your
assertions?(make the argument that you could see me making)
HINT: I've most likely offered it up before on these forums.
