       If your friend/relation applies and an admin hasn't responded
       shortly thereafter

       Sometimes circumstances dictate that an admin might not get to
       your friend's application hastily.
       I am allowing a window for special circumstances.
       If an admin has not responded to their app in any way within the
       hour (this includes sending them an email using the address they
       provided so have them check) then:
       1)ensure their application is filled out properly ( this means
       proactively telling them beforehand to do so...)
       2)send myself and Madman (use the BCC) a PM on these forums
       asking that someone look at the application.
       If an admin still does not respond then I am allowing you to
       share the password so that they may play with you. I realize
       that players ask friends/relatives to join them and want to get
       to playing with them on this server asap.
       I don't want to put you in a position where you're waiting 24
       hours for a wife or a son or a friend etc. to have their
       application looked at.
       Understand that the responsibility is incumbent upon you as to
       their behavior; to wit, if they break a rule or act like an ass
       you'll be held responsible and answer to me.
       If they then share the password it also falls on you. I'll
       suspend the lot of you and delete their profile so that they
       lose any progress gained during the temporary window I am
       allowing.
       Sending the PM will give me a timestamp so that I can see you:
       1) waited the hour, allowing for an admin to check the forums
       2) followed the proper procedures
