       New Seed for A15.1 (official)

       h0trod is currently working to update the server and restore the
       modded xml files.
       We will be getting a new seed because the xml file was
       corrupted.
       Gifts will be distributed to help accelerate early game. These
       will include vote points and/or zcoins.

       Hrmmm... I was hoping for a free elevated bunker with all skills
       unlocked and unlimited resources...  Oh well... I guess I will
       just have to scavenge around in zombieland.  :-P
