       I need help i lost my level and all my points

       Hi please help me today in the morning i was on level 29 but in
       the night the server restart and i lost my level actually i am
       level 1 and i lost all my points please help me because is so
       difficult do all again and i lost what I learned

       OK; that is odd. Were you trying to log in while I was working
       on it?
       Sometimes trying to log in while I am working on it and bringing
       it up and down and up and down can cause this. Let me see what I
       can do.
