       Cement Mixer issue

       Anyone else able to build a cement mixer in this current build
       yet?
       Bought the talent, got the parts, tried at the trader's
       workbench. Nope.
       Tried again at a workbench I have, still nope.
       Any idea what's going on?

       Looks like the talents were reorganized, Now the mixer is a
       separate talent that also requires home improvement. That makes
       more sense and it's a lot cheaper now! Thanks.

       Yup I've been taking suggestions and people are pointing out
       tings, Black Triad made me aware of the various progression
       oddities
