       Cost of some new skills.

       Iron Arrowheads 30? Then another 30 for Steel? Hell no. I wont
       grind that. This is not EQ.
       30 to make a hammer? No 30 to make a wrench? No
       5 or 10 points for these I can understand but 30 is way, way
       overboard.
       The structure based on metalworking is brilliant. That is
       exactly how these skills should be based. Though currently only
       pipes and forged metal raise it. All the rebar and metal frame
       blocks should be moved to metalworking based xp as well as iron
       bars, metal fencing, ect.

       Son't stir the natives; the work with progression is trial and
       error now ; I'm working it on the fly. Adjustments have been
       made.
