I'm stuck on a vending machine :D

So I approached this vending machine today to see what it had to
offer and I got the error shown in the screenshot, I closed and
tried to move and it just spammed the error. Closed the game and
went back and and I was still stuck on it. ???
Can my dude be move a few feet back? or maybe home?

Spam esc as you move your mouse cursor until you no longer are
"looking at it".
Then give me the coords please so I can try and see whose it was
and replace it

A zombie that was there as I tried to not look at it had a
better idea to send me back home :)
Coords are 2271N 222E, I'll try not to look at it as I go for my
things :P

This has happened to me while fighting a 50+ zombie daytime
horde. Super annoying.

Oh good, now I know how to defend my base in the south. Cover it
in vending machines that suck the souls out of anyone who walks
past.

Don't forget to run campfires and forges 24/7 to keep the
screamers swarming over your vending hell.

I went to those coords and saw the base but am unable to locate
the machine; so many trees.
It also didn't look like the same location as your pic.
