Random disconnects.

This issue has been going on for quite a while now. I will be in
the middle of building something and I get disconnected, upon
logging back in I have to rebuild what I just built in the last
5 minutes. I have seen that while playing my ping sits around 86
then jumps to around 200 the moment I get disconnected.
I am the only computer connected to my modem(no wireless devices
connected), I'm not downloading anything and there isn't any
processes in the background downloading anything. Is this
problem on my end? Or is it server side?
Side note: Some days I can play for hours without a disconnect,
the last week has been just fine. But every now and then it
happens. No errors are displayed in the console and no popup.
