Cars?

Whats the rule on cars, can we strip them down?
They have motors and springs in them that are important for
cement mixers and workbenches. But it destroys a re spawning
loot container. and also people joining later wont have the easy
access to things they need to build their base.
I think you can get all that stuff from working stiff crates but
i don't know.
Also what about fridges, ovens, control panels, and shopping
carts?

Thank you for asking this. I have wondered the same thing about
all those things, as well as toilets. I broke down a couple
toilets my first day on the last seed to get pipes for forges
and then was like "D'oh!" We need those parts, but they respawn!
So...verdict?

As far as I know, it is still possible to get a car spawn from
the /gimmie command. Of course, you could get a feral zombie
also. Choose when to use it wisely.
