The Navezgane Server has been updated to alpha 15 stable as
well. Sorry it took so long but I have been busy with hurricane
preparations. ;)

Are all the new A15 POIs incorporated into Random Gen or only in
Nav map?
Same question for the trader Joels spawns. Are these showing up
in Random Gen?

Whatever comes to Navezgane by default will be there. I don't
know about the Random Gen server as h0tr0d set that one up.
