will it be wiped? yes. Maybe 15 hits this weekend, shrug.
These past weeks have been a golden opportunity to try new
things.

Honestly, I'm in favor of it. I mean, we all knew that nothing
in "experimental" was sticking around anyway, and the *first
thing* we're going to get asked if we find any cheats or
glitches is "Are you running a wiped clean b94?" When the answer
is "No," anything we found will get backburnered until it can be
verified ,and that may be too late for release. The players on
this site have already contributed a number of different
discoveries to The Fun Pimps, and I'd hate to see that slowed.
I'm okay playing through a couple early weeks again if it makes
the game better for everyone long-term.

Agreed. I am still baffled by the steel shovel mining faster
than the steel pick =X I will have to test that out on a fresh
build

To be honest I'm against wiping on every single update that does
not require a wipe essentially. Specially if it affect the map
or most POIs.
For instance, the whole mining issue with shovel, has been
fixed. That does not require a wipe of the game.
The game is not easy on most players that do not join a big
group and having to redo work every 2 weeks is alot of effort.
Dont get me wrong, I appreciate having the opportunity to try
out the EXPERIMENTAL and be part of the people that submit bug
and issues to TFP, BUT I dont think is necessary having a full
wipe every update.

That's what I am saying; I won't wipe every time they push a
build out. But if the official 15 hits or the new build requires
one, then yes.
What I mean by golden opportunity is you have the chance to try
nomadic pvp etc out. No repercussions, gonna be wiped again
shortly so get out and try new ways of playing.
And if you rack up 50 deaths and want a reset ill delete your
profile.

Great suggestion H0tr0d. I've been thinking about trying life
in the south. Time to pack up my rickety bow and trusty pick
and hit the road.

we need a wipe when 15 comes out most of us have been playing
experimental and the like so where ready for a wipe to start
over

I must be odd man out . . .. I'm kind of a fan of fairly
frequent wipes. But maybe that's just me. Anyway, I'm game for
anything.
