       Shop Items and Travel

       I don't know if you are planning to change the zcoin thing after
       alpha 15, or vote rewards and the like, (I know some servers are
       because of the improved duke coin situation, traders, and
       vending machines.)
       No matter what the plan for the future is, I think that whatever
       the store situation, there could be some better options. And
       more/better options might encourage more voters. (Since on envul
       you can only vote on one server per day, what rewards you get
       might make an impact on your choice if you play multiple
       servers)
       For example, the Shotgun Messiah and Working Stiffs crates are
       nice, same with the mining helmet, but there could be some other
       things players may want. People may appreciate being able to
       purchase schematics, healing items, tools, crafting/building
       supplies, weapons, ammo and seeds.
       After all, crafting place-ables yourself gives you xp and helps
       you level up faster, and what rewards you get from the crates is
       unpredictable. Being able to buy a pickaxe or wrench when you
       really need one, or buying a Sniper Rifle or .44 Magnum would be
       really nice. And on horde night if you are low on ammo, being
       able to buy some in a hurry can be a life saver.
       Or if you want to stick with the unpredictability of things like
       the crates, perhaps pill cases, bookstore book cases and the
       like.
       Another thing that could be helpful is with the lack of
       minibikes, getting to places to scavenge can be a challenge,
       especially when your are just starting and can't fight off the
       zombies at night easily. Perhaps something that may help would
       be to place a public Zgate at each town and have them listed,
       along with their coordinates, on the forum. Alternatively, a
       zgate in the center of each large biome could also work. It
       would still require exploring to find the actual POIs, but at
       least you could go to further away locations without too much
       trouble.
       Just thought I'd share a few ideas I got while checking out
       different servers and their benefits.

       I wouldn't mind having a bookcase.  Doesn't even have to
       function either.  Always wanted to build a huge multi-level
       library into Cookie Compound, like one of those snooty old
       English dudes with too much money and no where else to spend it.

       I'm not sure if its intended but the crate from the reward is
       actually placeable, which means with 1 vote you can loot many
       many times.
       Dont remember if you can customize the airdrops, but if you
       could, I'd much rather see random airdrops than placeable loot
       crates.

       I agree CM! I was so upset that the workbench could craft empty
       lockers, but not empty bookcases!
