Auto server restart plugin

Can you check this out h0trod? The Nav server seems to have
ninja zombies every other irl day or so. It was just released in
June so you may not have seen it yet.

Thoddius, the Nav server is restarted AT LEAST once every 24
hours. Currently, it was last restarted a little over six hours
ago. An auto restarter would only be a solution if we weren't
already doing the restarts. If you are having a problem with the
server then you can send me a PM here in the forum and I will
investigate and restart the server again if necessary. There are
many known sound bugs with this "alpha" game. The A14.8
experimental is out for testing right now for the sole purpose
of fixing the sound bugs.

yeah I restart it when people contact me and I will gladly help
but try Madman first as this Nav server was his idea!
