Oven and Wall Oven not upgradable

I've learned the recipes for the ovens, and have the hammer, and
campfire in my inventory. I cannot upgrade the ovens to be used
as a campfire while following the video posted. Has anybody been
able to upgrade?

Also, toilets are upgradable and it does work, but is there a
way to use them as a water source? water features cause lag and
can cause issues in bases

Really? hrmph hafta look into this; no ones mentioned anything

and yes there is a way to have toilets function as a water
source but we are not going to implement that back in.

Why are we not implementing toilets and/or sinks as a water
source? This would make a lot of sense for us on the pve side.

Aside from not being able to upgrade the ovens, upgrading the
fridge bottom to a freezer doesn't work either.
