Bringing up a new seed.

The server is deleting regions as we go....without anyone doing
anything.
Gonna validate files and do a new seed as a test.
The host is having issues so I will do this as part of our
troubleshooting process before I ask them to look at their
machine.
This, as all seeds are temporary. I had to do this as the old
one was completely fubared.

Braizd and I are and have been working on a new seed...so we
will work faster ugh

testing diff seeds to see what the best layout is, or testing a
new seed to see if that new seed dosent have the problems of
"our seed"?
if the first, possibly less water by zero city.. less "Atlantis"
and "waterworld" more like a normal world hahahah
