/grab lcb working again

If you tries this and lost zcoins let me know; zcoins are easy
to reproduce

This is pretty cool. Tested it this week. I did notice that
unfortunately it doesn't work for picking up an expired
LCB--only active ones.
HR, I know you've been busy. Have you seen this other related
