Someone upgraded part of my base

Right so I logged in today, to find out that someone upgraded
part of my base, all of it was Reinforced Concrete, and now
about 1/4th is made out of Steel Wall. This was obviously a
giant investment, but I'm confused as to why, and why that
person didn't talk to me first about it.
Also is that person planning to finish the job? Because right
now it looks weird.
I'm not ungrateful for the upgrades, but it raises some
questions.

was me trying to find that triangle bug. Altering blocks in the
area change the surround when dealing with it.
I'm curious; what questions did it raise?

Exactly that, why would someone upgrade my base? But that
explains it.
Now I need to get some more forged steel to finish the job. :P

Sometimes people are looking for the experience points that come
from leveling up construction tools.

Steel is a bit expensive to do that with:)
However...you are correct Gerick. My apologies if that was the
