       Drowning bug still present

       Just wanted to let you know I had an issue with this today. I
       got out of the water and started drowning so I logged out. Still
       drowning when I logged back in. I ran back to the water and it
       stopped, but I only had 19 HP left and the zeds got me. Now I
       don't need those antibiotics.

       Game issue; not server specific.
       As Teknik said in his post, need you guys to post this in main
       forums and get their attention.
