Game is back up on new server!

Okay guys, the new server is back up and running awesome! The
"rubber banding" was corrected by the host rebooting the server
machine.
The old server is being decommissioned by the host so we will
NOT be returning to it.
The new IP is 209.170.149.34:23525

I got on this morning and everything was running much, much,
MUCH better!
No rubber banding - and no major lag. (I think I'm still having
the memory leak lag, but that is the game, not the server)
Thanks again to everyone who got this problem fixed!
