We also seem to have an issue with zombies “teleporting” they
move 3 steps and then reappear back where they started and that
       occurs multiple times.

This is with 6-7 players online.

As for the lag issue, do you have a lot of players accessing the
       web-map?

Were there any recent changes made to the config or mods added
before this issue was encountered? I’m not seeing any resource
shortage issues on the machine at this time, and your server is
currently running on a SSD, so drive I/O speeds are not the
       issue.

Nothing new since the transfer. Restarted and the first zombie I
saw was within 1 minute and “rubber banding”. 3 people had
       logged on by then

I’m unsure if this would effect performance, but it seems like a
lot of older files/folders from before A14 are still on the
server. It may not be a bad idea to clean up the folders, on the
chance that they may be in-use by the server and causing issues.
This would entail removing all folders except the config and
save (and Data folder if your server has changes there) and
reinstalling the game’s core files with Alloc’s fixes added
       afterwards.

I suppose. Didn’t affect performance on the other server with no
       SSD. I suppose i’ll try format c:

and this is with minimal people, we didnt get lag until 20+ last

this one I log in with 2 and I see this instantly

OK. So we did a vanilla install with a validate files.
       I then reinstalled Alloc’s fixes.
No CBSM, no mods, nothing but vanilla. EAC on. rubber banding
       occurs.
No cbsm, no mods, vanilla. EAC off. NO banding,

It could also be the accumulation of steamids…read here.

Started up our old seed with all player files older than 30,days
       deleted. EAC off. Banding.

I really think it has to do with steam ids as when we started
the new seeds only 3 steamids generated.

Also, is it possible with the game being the bottleneck that the
       SSD actually hurts us?

Region files are not the issue as 3 people on a new seed
       uncovered little.
Modified .xmls are not the issue.
       CBSM didn’t affect anything.

My conclusion is it is the STEAM IDS they now spam us with which
didn’t exist prior to A14; EAC which has caused issues in the
       past; or the server.
The issue with a new seed is once the STEAM ids accumulate the
problem would return if in fact that is the issue.

       Whatcha think?

We will do a new seed shortly; I think it is a band-aid because
for some reason they altered something. Perhaps they offloaded
the cpu load to VRAM? I have gotten out of VRAM errors and I
sport 2 Titan Z cards. Many players get out of Texture memory
issues and other memory related errors.
Maybe they’re using some sort of indexing to simulate faster
performance at the cost of resources… who knows.
What type and how much RAM and VRAM does the server have?

Sorry to hear you are having so many issue’s , I checked the
machine and every thing looks fine .
If you are going to make a new seed , lets just move your server
to a new machine with a brand new install .
With your approval i will install you fresh and add alloc fixes
       for you .
       Let me know .

does the machine have the same specs? Also, is there limited RAM
and/pr VRAM/and/or virtual memory? if RAM is limited and people
are sharing virtual memory; this could be an issue.

I’ll get back with you on the new seed after Jahson and I have a
chance to talk today if that is ok.

There is no current ram limit set on your server , Some
company’s using virtual machines may only allow a certain
amount of ram , I can assure you that is not the case here . Did
you test the server it played fine for me . I did validate and
       restart also .
Alloc fixes is updated as well .
I checked the memory usage of your server and it was not real
       high .

       Sent on 04/12/2016 12:15 PM
I was merely curious about the RAM.

It always runs smooth with EAC off on a new seed. But if we
start a new seed as people play on that seed the STEAM IDS that
you should see in our output_log.txt will accumulate and the
       issues crop up again.

Everytime a player joins it spams the steamIDS of every player
       that will log in.
If there is no difference in the server you would transfer us
too I’d be interested in trying it.

However, there remains the question of why we had no
rubber-banding, even at 30 players, on the slower machine. That
       has not been explained.

       Sent on 04/12/2016 2:10 PM
I’d like to, if you would, run a test.

I’d like to keep this server with our files.
Copy the files while keeping them here back to our previous
       server.

Allow us to play there and see what happens. Because before the
       move we had no rubber-banding.
So…if we don’t have the issues we have on the older previous
server, I’d think that may tell us something.

       Worth a shot?

"rubber-banding" I'm thinking that should tell us something.

Thanks for all of the effort h0tr0d! I have a dinner appointment
tonight after work so I won't be on until later. Do whatever you
need to do. You don't need my permission for anything. ;)

       No rubberbanding as of yet.
The only thing I can imagine is that perhaps because the servers
are in different physical locations, they would be behind
different gates, network switches, port configurations, so on
and so forth. ( I believe the last conversation you posted had
mentioned that the SSD server was in New York? )
So maybe a port that Unity or EasyAntiCheat is needing to use is
being forwarded, triggered, or utilized in some strange manner?
In so far as I can remember, for example, a port can only be
forwarded to one machine at a time after the NAT gateway.
I'm not cisco certified, but I would wager that since the files
transfer and work just fine on the test server compared to the
New York server, that it's a network configuration / hardware
       environment issue for the rubberbanding.
Of course, I had frame drops on the old server, the test server,
and the new york server, but I think we can definitively say
that the rubberbanding is an environment variable.

I think the minibike was the issue.
And players who log in for the first time on a seed can cause
fps spikes so people affected have to log.
