Another bug maybe?

H0tr0d, I hopped on to loot our working stiff box and was amazed
to find 2 purple tools... an Axe and a Pickax.
Both were damaged and I had some forged iron on hand.... so I
clicked on the Repair button on the Axe and..... Boom I now had
a nice Blue Axe.
WAI or Bug???
I can attempt to get video of the Pick later if you want to see
it??

I know that as you repair items they will naturally degrade
based on the skill level of the player so its possible it was
already close to the blue level and by repairing it you pulled
it down.
