can't log in

Hi,
I can't log in, after the screen"hit any key to begin" the
screen is frozen. tried several times now.

just tried it again, but I keep seeing the the same screen. I
have no Idea if I'm in the game.

the problem is only on this server, other servers do work.

I think I'm in the game, when I use the tab I hear my backpack,
I can even see the commands with `
But the screen is still the wolcome screen, you know with the
anticheat message.

Sounds like your player profile. We had this issue with Grem
also. I may have to delete your player profile

Only if I delete it server-side. I'd try an Uninstall and delete
registry keys and a reinstall. Out of curiosity what was your
last hairstyle/facial hair choice which you could log in with?
And...were you still using a profile created prior to A13?

Same thing that happened to me js. I just deleted my profile and
made a new one.
With the help of Hotrod of course :D

I had to delete hers server side as well. I'll be home shortly
