Ok new topic. Mainly because Icant find the
end of the other one. I have a bulging disc. L4 so it's pretty
far down . While ago they called me and told me that my l4 disc
is bulged out nothing's wrong with my hips or anything like that
and I have to go see an orthopedic surgeon. So I've been in bed
for several days every now and then I'll limp downstairs to see
my brother and his wife but they left today anyway life is
pretty normal around here right now except for me Kevin's in
pain too but he doesn't moan it grown like I do.

Thanks Kass.yes we've really had lots of shit raining down on
us. Kevin is sick but he is the only one who can get around and
he doesn't get around very good. Luckily Sandy is here for us
she made us lunch and dinner for Kev to warm up. . I'm just so
tired of us being sick.

I hear you. Jess and I are still having problems with long
COVID. I know being in this mold-filled house isn't helping any.
I wish we'd all get better, and that Janet wouldn't have to work
her ass off continuously either. A little peace would be so
pleasant.

Hey guys ! I'm still flat on my back . Just getting up to use
the bathroom leaves me in tears. I am putting icy bags on
starting today even thoughi had been told to by the. Doc. But
stubbornly it send heat. But this morning was the worst yet. So
it helps a lot. It's just so hard to have my 95 yr old mother
waiting on me. Kevin is doing the cooking.l just panic knowing
I have neary two more weeks to go
before I can see the specialist.and get some stronger meds.

Hi guys
sorry its been so long
I must be the month for stuffed spines
I have spinal stenosis (narrowing) on the left side from C3 all
the way down to my mid lumbar spine
no idea why
just woke up one morning with a @#$$ sore neck and tingling down
my arm.
It is slowly getting better on gabapentin and with physio
work is annoyed as i have a medical certificate saying not for
patient care.
Frankly i don't care right at the moment.
Omnicrom is hotting up again with spread
we still have absolute numpties in government
nothing has changed!

I hope your Yule was good too, Janet. Things here were very
quiet - it's -29 C, or about -26 F, outside, and there's been
plenty of ice fog and snow. Great weather not to go outside in!
With Omicron spreading like crazy, I'm just really glad to be
able to stay home. Thank the Goddess for delivery.
How are things there, George?

I cant imagine it being that cold!
we had 43C the other day, its cooled off a bit since then

Normal weather here. Well I fell earlier for the about the
fourth time since all this started and I had to get Kevin down
here to push me in my Walker roll later what do we call it back
to the bed so I am laying here with ice on my knee and ice on my
ankle and I feel the other night Big Time bad and so I think I
broke my foot in and my knee as well as having the ruptured
disc. I'm sorry about your spine problem Janet it's awful it's
the most horrendous pain I've ever had just down my right leg on
and all around it and my right hip bone in the groin there and
it's just awful. Okay you guys take it easy and think about me
I'm seeing the foot doctor on Thursday and the back doctor on
Friday so give me a good thoughts love you guys bye-bye
