       On 01/31/2002, in Palestine, Texas, Roberson took his two year
       old white female daughter to Palestine Regional Medical Center,
       claiming she had fallen out of bed. The victim had suffered
       severe trauma to her head from being struck by Roberson. The
       victim was life flighted to Dallas Children's Hospital, where
       she died from her injuries the next day. Roberson was in the
       course of committing or attempting to commit aggravated sexual
       assault on the victim.
