Thomas Creech, Idaho's longest standing death row inmate, is set
to be executed on Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Creech was sentenced to death for the 1981 murder of David
Jensen, a fellow inmate serving time for car theft. Jensen was
23 when he died. Creech was already serving time for the murders
of two people near Donnelly in 1974.
Barring any last-minute stay, the 73-year-old, one of the
nation’s longest-serving death row inmates, will be executed by
lethal injection for killing a fellow prisoner with a
battery-filled sock in 1981. Creech’s killing of David Jensen, a
young, disabled man who was serving time for car theft, was his
last in a broad path of destruction that saw Creech convicted of
five murders in three states. He is also suspected of at least a
half-dozen others.
The Idaho Department of Corrections (IDOC) released information
about Creech's execution ahead of the event.
A limited number of people can be within the witness chamber,
and some spots are saved for state officials and media
personnel. Governor Brad Little will be sending a
representative, and Attorney General Raúl Labrador and his chief
of staff will be present.
Witnesses for the victims are invited to the execution. However,
in this case, no members of the victims' families will be there.
Creech will have witnesses as well, which will be his wife and
stepson. He will also have a spiritual advisor with him, Bishop
Brian Thom.
According to IDOC, Creech's last meal will be chicken, mashed
potatoes with gravy and ice cream.

The 73 year old Son of Satan lives to die another day. You can
thank lousy Idaho for that for not being able to stick the
needle in. And then to top that one off they had no back-up
method either of taking this trash out. Get your silly acts
together Boise...
