       Hi!
Must say I'm a bit surprised by the email that went out a bit
earlier today (30/06) with a table mentioning "eliminate or at
the very least minimize... Refined grains, Whole grains...etc"
Doesn't that already cover every type of grain?
Are there any grains that can be eaten?

Yes it does pretty much. Grains and sugars are the main culprits
in weight gain. We consume far too much bread, cereal, pasta,
corn ( a grain, not a vege ), rice, potatoes and sugary snacks.

Mmmm yes i think it may stand in the way as I believe the batter
is heavily wheat based along with many other badies : refined
salt, sodium phosphate, MSG, maltodextrin, partially
hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, spices, palm oil,
natural flavor(?), garlic powder, soy sauce, chicken fat,
chicken broth, autolyzed yeast, beef powder, calcium silicate,
silicon dioxide. Finger lickin 'no 6 pack' :)

Well, I am cooking quinoa and that's a sort of grain, right? It
cooks pretty quickly and makes a nice salad :)

       Hey Gulpa,
Quinoa is an actual seed but serves up very similar to a grain.
It's yummy, gluten free and is high in protein. Be sure to wash
it well to remove impurities and gritty bits. A 2009 study at
the University of Chile found that 15 percent of the total
content of quinoa is protein, more than double the amount found
in most standard grains. The study also revealed that quinoa has
a complete amino acid profile, meaning that with each serving,
you’re giving your body all of the nine key building blocks for
       making protein.
Don't overdo i though as it is also relatively high in carbs but
       a great grain alternative.
