Or as you already figured out you can attach a file
Plus I believe there is a gallery option which would allow
people to upload pics. (Not sure...)

Gallery would be great as we get a lot of pics from those who
are more healed to encourage others.

There is a gallery. It just needs to be set up. Not sure on how
much space you get for free though.

What if i just had a thread specified for before and after pics,
would that be a better way as each member could post with some
info?
