       Evaluation and learning, and that's the learning part: you need
       to be able to measure impact so you know what's working and
       what's not. : I really like your point because the question
       about the time scale, whether it's a year scale or good or bad
       that's going to happen or has happened is very interesting, and

       We're really excited about measuring the data we have, and
       excited about all the new data. But we often ignore the absence
       of the data itself as a signal. I think that's one of the things
       you're talking about: there's a lot of opportunity in the data
       that we don't have, and the lack of data.
