       Add a Dummy Jihad. Which basicly means you put a bomb on someone
       else and when further away let it explode.
       Add Detective models. So it's easier to see who's a D and who
       not. (I used to play on a server with Osama Bin Laden as the D
       model. But not sure if you guys would want it on this server.)
