       Dupe accounts

       If you have made a dupe account on here to get past a ban or get
       more points your ip will be banned on the forums and all your
       items and points will be taken away in game.
       Please report anyone here that you think have made a dupe
       account.

       Should I ban users that dont go on the forums for a long time or
       just dont have any posts for a long time.
