What is <real>?

not much arrogance left over here. also that there is no way of
knowing what is real as it's all processed through the mind -
whether inside this body or coming at this living from another
mind in a body. most of the fighting is gone, except for some
sort of push that appears to be part of the genetic programming
of whatever this vehicle came in with that appears to be
hardwired: addiction, anger, drama. like being born into as a
human tilt a whirl. can't magically transform into a comfrey
leaf or a sun salutation.
not sure what letting go means anymore. already cut away from
most everything and everyone, then found that one still has to
eat, live, work. so left the shamanic holistic work and life
behind and got a job and bought a house with some land and
brought in a rescue dog that wandered in out of the woods. what
else to do?
the only thing ayahusaca showed me over and over was the true
purpose of the human animal, and the sadness around it remains,
even two years later.
now i go to work, come home and watch tv and eat. take my fat
ass out into the unpathed woods with the dog and run around
through spider webs. watch as the body falls apart from sort of
breaking down process that is like aging on steroids. and other
than the intense pain that accompanies it, don't care.
you'll ask what questions do i have.
are you the "jed" that wrote the trilogy?
what is the most efficient and sufficient method for ditching
the energy parasites that burrow in when a human gives up?
what the hell is going on?
what can be done when the predominant experience is that of
awareness of the cage, and no matter how many times it's
explored, there is no door, no window, no way out?

Welcome to the forum Kate:
How about one question, 25 words or less. What is the most
important question you can think of. Focus is how you move
forward.
Love ya, Jed.

Dear Kate:
Thank you for your question. I have dealt with that issue
numerous times on the old forum. I'm not willing to spend much
time on it here because it has nothing to do with your
realization(s), H/A and T/R.
If you can't come up with questions that directly relate to
yourself then you are just taking up space that could be more
productively use to assist other forum members who can.
I am modelling out a laser like focus in order to move folks
further. I won't tolerate distractions from my purpose and my
outcome for you. Saying I did this or I did that is precisely
the positionality/personality that is counter to
self-realization. I have never done anything in my life, ever.
There is no me to do it and nothing ever happened. Realize that
about yourself and we will be making some headway. Focus, focus
and more focus. Any wandering onto non-productive topics will
not be tolerated.
I will do everything I can to assist you, but you have to be
willing to give up your attachment to everything in order to
succeed. The biggest attachment at the moment is the need to be
right.
You will eventually realize that you have failed to ever do
anything at all. Nowhere to go, nothing to do and no one to be.
Is that what you want? I suggest you think long and hard about
it. It is not to be taken lightly and my suggestion is you might
be wise to turn and run for the exit.
NO DIVERSION, NO WAFFLING, NO RE-DIRECTING FOCUS VIA INANE
QUESTIONS. THIS WILL COST YOU THE LIFE YOU HAVE BEEN PRETENDING
TO LIVE. It's simple, but certainly not easy by any standard.
Lose your stories and gain the universe. I expect a lot and am
willing to give a lot.
Are you in or out? Up to you and either choice is perfect and
has already been made, not by you but for you.
Love ya, Jed.

Dear Kate:
Wow, I do appreciate you gutsy sharing. Life's a bit of a bitch
when it's all in friggin pain. Got it, understood. So, WTF, it's
not supposed to be like this, is it? But, the challenge is, your
experience is specifically like this.
I thank whomever is in charge that I have been pain free during
my life, other than the odd broken heart which I seem to bounce
back pretty quickly.
Of course I can make up a dozen story about the meaning, the
karma, the unforgiven pain, the pain body itself, all of it's
bull tweedy, completely. The reality is you have a body and that
body is in pain. NOT YOU. Find the difference. There is
opportunity in everything and I would propose the opportunity
here is find out who has the pain.
Love ya,

Detaching is quite probably impossible as you say, what about
welcoming... now that you might have some control over.
Love ya, Jed.

Dear Kate:
In my experience, much of what does to diminish pain usually
increases it. I don't think we have discussed it, but have you
heard of Byron Katie and what she calls 'the Work'?
Love ya, Jed.

Good, refresh. She is good at separating pain and suffering.
Has about 50 free audio downloads that are seminars. I highly
recommend them.
Love ya, Jed.
